MYOB appoints Paul Voges to lead enterprise division for growth
MYOB has appointed Paul Voges as Executive General Manager of its Enterprise Division, tasking him with leading the delivery of its cloud ERP platform, MYOB Acumatica, to mid-sized businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Software sector experience
Voges brings three decades of experience from the technology industry, having previously held senior roles at prominent organisations. Before joining MYOB, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success for Asia Pacific at The Access Group. His background also includes nearly a decade at Salesforce in a Senior Vice President position, and an equal stint at Microsoft, where he supervised SME, enterprise, and partner relationships.
Mid-market focus
MYOB is seeking to strengthen its presence among mid-sized enterprises, a sector identified as both adaptable to shifting market conditions and resilient during periods of economic uncertainty. The division Voges will lead works with firms contributing a significant share to Australia's GDP.

Robson highlighted the economic importance of the sector, stating, "Mid-sized businesses are unique in nature, small enough to adapt to changing market conditions, but also large enough to remain resilient during economic headwinds. They contribute around 20% of Australia's GDP, and are a vital segment for MYOB."

The fast-changing business landscape shaped by artificial intelligence, increased cybersecurity risks, and regulatory shifts stands as a focus for MYOB under Voges' leadership.
