Naverisk integrates cloud services with Autotask
Autotask has integrated its business management software solution into Auckland-based Naverisk’s suite of monitoring, management and security services for SMBs.
Jon Kalaugher (pictured), Founder and CEO of Naverisk, told The Channel, “The partnership is based upon a deep integration between the two web based platforms. This offers both partners a complete IT services automation workflow solution, from device alert to invoice.”
Kalaugher praised the deal saying that “Autotask has over 30,000 cloud-based users of their software”.
The solution aims to offer value-added resellers an easy-to-use RMM option for small business customers anywhere in the world.
The service is available as either a local installation, or via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with the Naverisk-Cloud.
“The demand and overwhelmingly positive feedback on Autotask from the Naverisk community made them an easy choice for a partnership,” added Kalaugher. “This partnership firmly establishes Naverisk as a leader in the global IT services automation software market.”
Bob Godgart, CEO of Autotask, continued, “We’re absolutely delighted that Naverisk has chosen to partner with Autotask to provide an expert IT service management platform. It’s a wonderful thing for the industry when two like-minded companies work together on behalf of MSPs around the world to provide access to comprehensive IT services management options that are simple, cost-effective and efficient.”
Back in August Naverisk was included in the 2010 MSPmentor Top 250 report.
