NetApp recognises top partners in Australia & New Zealand

NetApp has announced its Partner Award Winners for Fiscal Year 2024, showcasing partners in Australia and New Zealand for their customer service excellence with NetApp solutions.

The event took place on Hayman Island, where NetApp recognised the efforts of its partners in delivering data infrastructure solutions and services that enhance IT environments.

Mark Fioretto, Area Vice President of NetApp in Australia and New Zealand, expressed gratitude for the contributions of the partners. "Thank you to our incredible technology partners, managed services providers, and distributors for their ambitious drive and dedication, which helped us achieve outstanding results for FY24," he said.

"Your commitment and expertise continue to be the backbone of our success across Australia and New Zealand. Together, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in technology, and we're excited for the journey ahead. Here's to another year of innovation, growth, and shared success!"

The awards highlighted various categories recognising the contributions of partners who excelled in providing NetApp solutions to address business challenges and support IT transformations. Stephen Persoglia, Director of Partners and Alliances at NetApp, congratulated the awardees, stating, "Congratulations to all the winners of this year's Partner Awards for Australia and New Zealand. The success for our partners underpins the success for our customers, are proud to work with a talented group of partners that we can rely on and drive positive outcomes for our customers as they confront the challenges of modernising their businesses."

The winners of these prestigious awards span multiple categories. Triforce was named New Partner of the Year for its significant revenue contribution and business development investments. Vectec received accolades as Partner of the Year - Preferred for its consistent achievement against key performance indicators and proficiency in selling new solutions. Katana1 earned the Partner of the Year - Prestige title, demonstrating excellence in customer service and technical expertise.

Global Storage was recognised as Service Provider Partner of the Year for its creation of a new service provider go-to-market approach and significant customer acquisition. SentinelOne took home the Alliance Partner of the Year award due to its efforts in nurturing key alliances and advocating NetApp technologies.

Individual recognitions were also part of the awards. Adam Mulley from Vectec was honoured with the Sales Excellence award, while Nigel Piltz from Attura took Technical Excellence.

The Rising Star award went to Kate Davis from Dicker Data, acknowledging her exceptional commitment within the NetApp partner ecosystem in her first year. Steven De Celis from Katana1 was inducted into the Hall of Fame for his leadership and high service standards.

Global Storage secured an additional accolade as Deal of the Year for executing a standout transaction demonstrating remarkable attributes.

Fujitsu was named Global Systems Integrator of the Year, underscoring its efficacy in surpassing KPIs and delivering NetApp solutions globally.

Ingram Micro Australia was newly introduced as Distributor of the Year, recognized for its effort in expanding the partner ecosystem and delivering NetApp solutions with excellence and support.

NetApp's Partner Awards underscore the collaborative success and future prospects within the technology sector, as the company continues to support its partners with resources, training, and market expansion opportunities in the realm of cloud-based solutions.
