Several kiwi IT companies have announced new hires this week – here's the latest from 3D city modelling software developers Nextspace, Christchurch-based software company Hindin Solutions, and disaster recovery specialists DR Group.

Nextspace

New Zealand expat Simon Ferneyhough (pictured) has returned to our shores after spending some time based in Hong Kong, where he had been running his own spatial information systems consulting business, Regolith Consulting Group.

Ferneyhough is taking up the role of sales director with 3D city modelling software company Nextspace, who recently became the first company to move into Auckland's Wynyard Quarter ‘innovation precinct'.

Hindin Solutions

This Christchurch-based software company has made three appointments to support its expansion in the government, education and commercial sectors: Andrea Mulder as implementation consultant, Steve Simatos as product development manager, and Bevan Campbell as system tester.

Hindin Solutions develop the Unison enterprise workflow platform, which supports solutions for contact centres, stakeholder engagement, contract management and more.

DR Group

Last but not least, Alan Parker has been appointed as a senior consultant for North Shore-based disaster recovery company DR Group.

Parker brings 18 years of IT industry experience to the company, including roles with Maclean Computing, Global Bizpro and MYOB.
