New boss steps up for Jade Software
Former Dynamic Controls CEO and NZ Trade and Enterprise director Charlotte Walshe is taking on the top role at Jade Software.
Walshe has been appointed as the Kiwi software solutions vendor's new chief executive following what the company says was 'an extensive Australasian search'.
Sue Suckling, Jade board chairperson, says as well as having a technology background and a strong customer focus, Walshe has extensive experience in strategic leadership, building high performing teams and innovating for growth.
Walshe has been the chief executive for Dynamic Controls, which manufactures electronic operations solutions for medical equipment such as wheelchairs, for 10 years.
She has also held a number of governance roles with companies in the broader software and technology sectors, including directorships with NZ Trade and Enterprise, Enable Services and The Dodd-Walls Centre for Photonic and Quantum Technologies.

Walshe takes on the role in mid-December, with interim chief executive Jason Court remaining in a handover chief executive capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
