OneAdvanced has promoted Brynn Beetge to Go-To-Market Director for Australia and New Zealand and appointed Andrew Inkpen as Marketing Manager, expanding the software company's commercial team in the region.

Based in Sydney, Beetge joined OneAdvanced in 2024 as APAC Director of Marketing and has led the ANZ marketing team. In his new role, he will report to Australia and New Zealand Country Director Adam Bowles and take responsibility for go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and commercial growth.

Beetge will lead development and execution of the regional go-to-market plan across priority products and markets. His remit includes defining target markets and ideal customer profiles, refining market positioning, supporting sales development representatives, and aligning product, sales and marketing teams around pipeline generation and conversion.

The appointments form part of broader investment in OneAdvanced's ANZ operations as it seeks to expand its presence in sectors including government, education, logistics, mining and manufacturing. The company also highlighted its regional product portfolio, including a recently launched artificial intelligence-based risk management platform.

Beetge has worked across consulting services, software, financial services, architecture and renewable energy. He also brings experience in environmental, social and governance matters.

"I'm looking forward to leading our regional GTM strategy and help shape the next phase of growth across the region," said Brynn Beetge, Go-To-Market Director, OneAdvanced. "Over the past two years, we have continued to build our understanding of the changing needs of our customers and the industries they operate in. This next phase is about bringing our capabilities even closer so that we can turn more of those insights into more initiatives that support our customers' growth."

Inkpen joins the ANZ team as Marketing Manager and will report to Beetge. His role covers campaign execution, content development and coordination with teams in Sydney and Melbourne on regional marketing activity.

Before joining OneAdvanced, Inkpen worked in several marketing consultancy roles. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle with double majors in Marketing and Management.

Regional focus

OneAdvanced sells software used in procurement, workforce management and other operational functions. In Australia and New Zealand, its customers include TAFE Queensland, the University of Melbourne, Glencore Coal, Tourism Australia, NSW Health, Super Retail Group, QUBE Logistics, CDC Buses, DP World and Iron Mountain.

Globally, the business serves more than 20,000 customers. Its international customer base includes Virgin Money, the NHS and Care England.

The ANZ leadership changes come as software suppliers sharpen sales and marketing structures around sector-based demand and more targeted product launches. For vendors operating in government, education and industrial markets, local go-to-market execution and closer links between product, sales and marketing teams have become a greater focus as buying processes grow more complex.

In that context, OneAdvanced's changes give Beetge a broader commercial brief than his previous marketing role while adding a marketing hire reporting to him. The structure places regional market planning, internal sales support and campaign delivery within a more closely connected team.

Inkpen will support that model through day-to-day marketing work across the region, including content and campaign activity tied to local priorities. His appointment also adds headcount in a function the company is using to support product and sector expansion across Australia and New Zealand.

Beetge's role also includes improving sales enablement and SDR effectiveness while bringing product, sales and marketing into closer alignment around revenue generation and sustainable growth.
