Thu, 9th Sep 2010
FYI, this story is more than a year old

OneNet has said that its engineers are among the first 10 in the world to gain a new certification in cloud computing security.

The Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) is the industry’s first user certification for secure cloud computing.

It’s designed to ensure that professionals with a responsibility related to cloud computing have a demonstrated awareness of the security threats and best practices for securing the cloud.

“Security is one of OneNet’s core competencies”, said Dr Michael Snowden, OneNet Managing Director. “Security is something we strive to maintain at the highest standards and is an important factor in everything we do”.

The Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes best practice security in the cloud.
