Optimizely hailed as leader in Forrester Wave for B2B commerce

Optimizely has been recognised as a Leader in The Forrester Wave: Commerce Solutions for B2B, Q2 2024. This accolade highlights Optimizely’s strong capabilities in testing and optimisation, which fewer than half of the evaluated vendors offer natively, according to the report.

The Forrester report further commended Optimizely for its innovative streak powered by investments in the platform underpinning its entire portfolio. Additionally, the report indicated that Optimizely offers good architecture. It noted that “Reference customers like the breadth of out-of-the-box features and its customisability.”

Optimizely has made continuous improvements in its commerce offerings for both B2B and B2C clients. These include centralising access to portfolio products and establishing market-leading commerce solutions available in both SaaS and PaaS models. Such advancements aim to empower teams with a user-friendly interface and the freedom to operate, allowing brands to reach their target audiences more effectively and versatilely.

This latest recognition from Forrester continues a trend of industry acknowledgement for Optimizely. Earlier in the year, the company was named a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms. Moreover, in the past year, Optimizely received a Leader ranking in The Forrester Wave: Digital Experience Platforms, Q4 2023.
