Orca Security has launched a global Partner POD Program and an AI-powered Partner Success Platform, available worldwide and localised in six languages.

The programme ties partner rewards to activity across the customer lifecycle, including net retention. The platform is designed to help resellers and alliances teams identify sales prospects, create marketing materials, and complete planning and enablement work through embedded AI tools.

Orca said the Partner POD Program is built on three principles: making the company easier to work with, building profitability into the programme structure rather than negotiating it case by case, and extending product innovation into how partners sell, transact, and earn rewards.

Under the model, partners are recognised for the value they create, from new customer wins to expansion and retention. All partners get access to the platform, which tracks progress and activity.

How it works

The Partner Success Platform brings marketing, sales intelligence, enablement, and business planning into a single system. Orca said it differs from conventional partner portals because it is designed to complete tasks rather than simply store documents and resources.

Its features include an AI assistant trained on Orca product documentation that answers questions and directs users to source material. Another tool, the Demand Centre, analyses prospective customer accounts against the company's ideal customer profile across 11 vectors and returns a match score, contact information, and briefing materials in under 30 seconds.

The platform also generates co-branded social media content and lead-capture landing pages in about a minute, according to Orca. The system can also produce business plans, quarterly business review materials, solution briefs, integration guides, and alliance battle cards, while AI-generated quizzes, certifications, and demos are designed to support partner training.

The launch reflects a wider push across the technology sector to apply generative AI to channel sales and partner management. Vendors are increasingly adding AI assistants and automation to partner systems to reduce manual administration for resellers and managed service providers.

Gil Geron, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Orca Security, described the move as a broader rethink of how channel programmes should operate.

"AI gives us the opportunity to rethink not only what a partner platform can be, but the partner program itself. We're moving beyond traditional portals and static resources toward an intelligent experience that can anticipate needs, connect insights and help partners take action. Together, the Partner POD Program and Partner Success Platform create a foundation for AI to become a true growth engine, helping partners uncover opportunities and create more value for customers," said Geron.

Partner focus

Orca said the platform was built around common partner workflows, with an emphasis on reducing the time spent searching for technical information, preparing campaigns, and producing routine sales and planning documents.

John Tavares, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Partner and Alliances, Orca Security, said the aim was to make the programme easier to use while tying rewards to measurable outcomes across the full customer relationship.

"We built the Partner Success Platform around the way partners actually work, making it easier to build expertise, find answers, understand where to focus, and get more done. By making benefits easier to access, rewarding outcomes across the customer lifecycle and putting AI directly in partners' hands, we're helping them move faster and build more profitable cloud security practices," said Tavares.

Orca is introducing the programme at a time when cloud security vendors are relying heavily on channel partners to reach enterprise customers, especially as organisations seek advice on securing a growing mix of cloud infrastructure, applications, and AI-related services.

GuidePoint Security is among the partners commenting publicly on the launch. Emily Doornbos, Director of Alliances & Programs, GuidePoint Security, highlighted the value of automation in demand generation and deal support.

"As someone who works across a broad portfolio of vendor partnerships, efficiency and precision matter. The Orca Partner Success Platform gives us the tools to move faster and smarter... the AI campaign agent removes the heavy lifting from demand generation, and the deal coaching capability means we're not just creating pipeline, we're closing it. It's the kind of platform that turns a good partnership into a great one, and I'm excited to see what it unlocks for our go-to-market motion together," said Doornbos.
