Phyllo honoured with SmartBear Developer Visibility Award

SmartBear has awarded Phyllo its inaugural Developer Visibility Award, recognising its excellence in developer practices using SmartBear's tools.

Phyllo, which offers APIs to facilitate businesses' access to creator data from social platforms, was celebrated for its efficiency and visibility in software delivery. SmartBear's quarterly awards programme recognises outstanding achievements among its global customers.

Phyllo's engineering team has adopted agile methodologies and utilised automated testing and proactive monitoring to provide high-quality APIs. Their efforts have led to significant user satisfaction and performance improvements, including maintaining 99.9% uptime during a major sales event and achieving a 30% increase in user satisfaction following design changes. They have also reduced page load times by 50%, improving user retention.
