The awards honour organisations in the public and private sectors in healthcare, banking, entertainment, and not-for-profit industries. West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) was awarded the Qlik Excellence in Healthcare Award for successfully implementing a data-driven transformation to enhance operational efficiency.

By employing Qlik Sense, WGHG centralised its data, providing real-time insights through a complex reporting system that assists in performance tracking and meeting funding benchmarks.

Robyn Weeks, Activity Based Funding Manager at WGHG, highlighted the award's significance for the organisation and its patients: "I am incredibly excited by what this award represents for the team at West Gippsland Healthcare Group, as well as all of the patients we serve. Real-time data insights have enabled us to digitise manual processes, allowing clinicians to quickly identify patient groups, save time, and improve care quality. Qlik has been key in aligning with funding models and providing a scalable, future-proof solution."

Village Roadshow Group received the Qlik Analytics Modernisation Award for advancing data visualisation capabilities. Arul Arogyanathan, Chief Information Officer at Village Roadshow Group, played a pivotal role in transitioning the company from diagnostic to descriptive analytics and is now guiding the company towards predictive analytics.

Expressing enthusiasm about the transformation, Arogyanathan stated, "Qlik has taken us on a journey from diagnostic to descriptive analytics and we're now maturing into predictive analytics. It's incredibly exciting to see the organisation transform so much, so quickly, and we look forward to delivering better experiences for our customers as we continue on this data-driven journey."

Arogyanathan was also named Data & Analytics Leader of the Year, acknowledging his leadership in driving the company's analytics advancements. His efforts have significantly increased the organisation's capacity to leverage data effectively.
