Qualys appoints Sam Salehi as Managing Director for ANZ region
Qualys has announced the appointment of Sam Salehi as its new Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In his new role, Salehi will lead the company's operations in the ANZ region, focusing on driving sales, managing partner organisations, and providing sustainable customer value.
Salehi brings with him over 18 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a track record of leadership at respected firms such as Spectrum in the United Arab Emirates, Extol Corporation in Malaysia, IPSec, Optus, and most recently, Trustwave in Australia. In his previous position as Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific region at Trustwave, Salehi demonstrated his ability to effectively manage sales teams and illustrate business value and ROI of diverse cybersecurity solutions. Salehi also holds a master's degree in engineering management from Universiti Tenaga Nasional in Malaysia.
