Most recently, he held the position of Vice President of Presales and Customer Success at EclecticIQ, a global provider of threat intelligence, hunting, and response technologies and services. His professional journey also includes senior roles at BMC Software, Broadcom, CA Technologies, and Xceedium. Shawn holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with concentrations in software engineering and telecommunications from Hawaii Pacific University.
