SAP powers combine
Software company SAP and user organisation the New Zealand SAP User Group have agreed to join forces on the largest SAP-centric event in the country, with the former’s SAP Forum and the latter’s NZSUG Summit to be held back-to-back this August.
Due to take place at the Hilton in Auckland, the events will include discussions around the latest SAP strategy and technology, as well as presentations from New Zealand’s user community.
Graeme Riley, managing director of SAP New Zealand, says by joining forces with NZSUG the company can offer a deeper knowledge pool for New Zealand businesses.
"The event will bring together the SAP community in New Zealand,” Riley says, "enabling dialogue between influencers, customers and prospects along with partners and other members of the SAP ecosystem.”
Emilie Lad, chairperson of the NZSUG, adds that the organisation is excited to be working with SAP on the new initiative.
"This event is another key component of the NZSUG strategy to provide the best possible opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge across the wider SAP NZ community,” Lad says.
The event will be held in two half-day components on August 23, with over 200 senior executives and IT decision makers expected to attend.
