Saviynt appoints Exclusive Networks to boost APJ reach
Saviynt has appointed Exclusive Networks as a distributor across Asia-Pacific and Japan, expanding its channel reach as organisations face a rapid rise in machine and non-human digital identities tied to AI and cloud services.
The agreement covers Australia, ASEAN, India, Bangladesh, and Hong Kong. The relationship will focus on scaling access to identity security tools through regional partners, backed by local support and delivery services.
Identity governance has grown more urgent as enterprises deploy more AI systems, bots, service accounts, and automated processes. Saviynt says non-human identities now outnumber human identities by 82 to one. This shift increases the number of accounts and credentials organisations must manage and monitor, while widening the potential paths attackers can use to move through systems.
Many organisations in APJ have increased investment in cloud platforms and software-as-a-service. These deployments often require new access models across applications, data, and business processes. Identity governance and administration has become a central control point for deciding which users, workloads, and automated agents can access sensitive systems.
Distribution push
Exclusive Networks will act as a channel distributor for Saviynt's identity security portfolio. The partnership forms part of Saviynt's broader partner-led approach in the region. Exclusive Networks runs a global distribution model with regional teams and established relationships with resellers, systems integrators, and specialist partners.
Saviynt's portfolio referenced in the announcement includes Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Security Posture Management. Identity Governance & Administration products typically handle access requests, approvals, and policy enforcement. Privileged Access Management tools focus on high-risk administrator accounts and elevated permissions. Identity Security Posture Management products assess identity configurations and control gaps across environments.
Exclusive Networks will provide operational support including partner onboarding, logistics, financial services, technical labs, and demand generation. Saviynt will use Saviynt University to offer certification, technical training, and role-based learning paths for partners.
Regional systems integrators and vertical specialists are a key target for the distribution model. Government-focused partners and mid-market resellers were also highlighted as routes to broader deployment across APJ.
AI and access control
AI adoption is changing how organisations create and manage access. Automated tools can generate new service accounts and machine identities at scale, often requiring persistent access to data stores, APIs, and cloud workloads. Security teams need governance policies that keep pace with shifting workloads and permissions.
Enterprises also face pressure to maintain oversight across hybrid estates. Many APJ organisations run a mix of on-premise applications and multiple cloud services. Identity security programmes often struggle with inconsistent access models between older systems and newer cloud platforms.
In this context, distribution agreements can affect how quickly vendors build local deployment capacity. Channel partners often provide implementation resources, integration services, and managed operations, and can be a primary route to market beyond the largest enterprises.
Todd Rotger, Chief Revenue Officer at Saviynt, framed the partnership around partner execution and the growing identity risk associated with AI adoption.
"Our partner-first strategy is built on enabling partners to deliver meaningful security outcomes, not just technology. As AI adoption increases, managing identity has become critical to maintaining trust and security. Exclusive Networks brings the scale, operational excellence, and ecosystem strength needed to expand adoption of Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform across APJ. Together, we are helping organisations secure human and non-human identities, reduce risk, and move faster in an increasingly AI-driven threat landscape."
Regional execution
Saviynt's APJ leadership described the appointment as a way to combine regional coverage with local partner delivery, noting the need for market-specific execution across diverse regulatory environments and customer segments.
"Identity has become the foundation of digital and AI trust, especially as organisations accelerate cloud adoption and roll out initiatives driven by artificial intelligence (AI). APJ is one of the most dynamic and diverse regions in the world, and scale alone is not enough. You need strong local presence, ecosystem alignment, and execution. Appointing Exclusive Networks as our distributor across these key markets allows us to extend Saviynt's reach, move faster with partners, and ensure customers can successfully deploy identity security where it matters most," said Sunil Kedaraji.
Exclusive Networks expects identity security to remain a priority in APJ as organisations expand AI use and manage more complex access patterns across applications and data.
"Across APJ, we're seeing a clear shift: identity has become a core pillar of modern cybersecurity. As organisations accelerate AI adoption, managing who has access to what and why is more critical than ever. We believe Saviynt addresses that challenge head-on. Saviynt's addition to our portfolio enables partners across APJ to simplify identity management, strengthen oversight, and help customers scale securely and with confidence. We are confident in leveraging our deep channel ecosystem to accelerate Saviynt's growth and advance identity security as a strategic priority across the region," said Bennett Wong.
The distribution arrangement will extend partner access to Saviynt's software and training resources across the covered APJ markets.
