SentinelOne has named LevelBlue as its global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder Services, expanding access to managed threat detection and response in more countries.

The partnership centres on Wayfinder, SentinelOne's managed security and threat detection offering, and gives LevelBlue responsibility for global delivery. It is intended to extend managed detection and response, threat hunting, and incident readiness and response services to a wider range of organisations.

Under the expanded tie-up, LevelBlue will combine its security operations, threat hunting, and incident response teams with SentinelOne's Singularity platform. The model is designed to help customers manage security operations across endpoints, cloud workloads, identities, and AI-related environments.

The agreement also broadens an existing relationship between the two companies. Earlier this year, LevelBlue was named a preferred global provider for managed detection and response, managed security information and event management, and incident response services. It was later selected as a remediation partner for Wayfinder Frontier AI Services.

Broader reach

The latest move is intended to bring Wayfinder to regions and markets where SentinelOne has had less presence. The company is relying on LevelBlue's scale as a managed security services provider to add more operational staff to the service, including teams that investigate threats, contain incidents, and support recovery.

That reflects a broader shift in the cybersecurity market, where vendors increasingly pair software-led detection systems with outsourced operational teams. Many businesses, particularly those with smaller internal security teams, are turning to round-the-clock external monitoring and incident support as attacks spread across more systems and identities.

According to SentinelOne, Wayfinder combines automated detection and response with human oversight. LevelBlue will handle delivery through its global operations and provide frontline practitioners to act on alerts and investigations generated through the platform.

The approach is aimed at customers that need continuous cover but lack the staff to run 24-hour security operations internally. The service is also being tied to SentinelOne's newer AI security and autonomous security operations centre offerings, extending what LevelBlue can deliver for the vendor.

Expanding alliance

The deal marks another step in a partnership that has deepened over the course of the year. SentinelOne has steadily expanded LevelBlue's role in its managed services strategy as it seeks to widen the reach of offerings built around its security platform.

Melissa K. Smith, SVP, Global Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, SentinelOne, said, "LevelBlue has been a trusted and thoughtful partner at every step, from our expanded alliance in March to Wayfinder Frontier AI Services in August, and we architected this next chapter together.

"Naming LevelBlue our global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder pairs SentinelOne's AI and platform with the world's largest pure-play MSSP, so we can bring Wayfinder's human-led defence to more organisations in more countries, faster."

LevelBlue described the agreement as recognition of the operational relationship the companies have already built. Its role will focus on turning detection data and alerts into action for customers through incident investigation, response coordination, and ongoing monitoring.

Sundhar Annamalai, Chief Strategy Officer, LevelBlue, said, "Being named SentinelOne's global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder reflects the trust our teams have built working side by side for customers.

"Our global security operations, threat hunting, and incident response teams will turn the intelligence in SentinelOne's platform into decisive action, around the clock and in more countries, for every Wayfinder customer."
