FYI, this story is more than a year old

Unified communications firm ShoreTel has signed a deal with converged communications integrator NSC Group to offer mid and large size companies in Australia and New Zealand ShoreTel’s suite of enterprise IP phone solutions.

The new offering is expected to be released next month, following a recent joint customer-deployment between NSC and ShoreTel valued at AU$200,000.

“It’s a game changer,” said Vasili Triant, ShoreTel APAC Managing Director. “NSC Group brings a national approach to ShoreTel customer service across Australia and New Zealand as well as deep expertise in contact centres and unified communications.”

NSC will join ShoreTel as a gold partner.

Triant added, “The solution that will be announced next month will bring a new look to the face of UC and fixed mobile convergence for Australian businesses,.

“Customers will be excited to see how a technology can be structured and delivered to drive peace of mind for mid and large sized businesses. This is what the partnership of NSC and ShoreTel will do for the ANZ market.”
