Sitecore unveils over 250 AI-driven platform enhancements

Sitecore has announced over 250 enhancements to its digital experience platform (DXP) and content management system (CMS), focusing on AI capabilities to assist marketers in creating more personalised digital experiences.

The improvements affect Sitecore Stream, which integrates brand-aware AI features to ensure AI-driven actions remain on-brand. The company is also developing copilots and agentic workflows to boost marketer productivity.

Enhancements to Sitecore's stream platform include brand-aware AI agents that support marketers by making AI-driven actions smarter over time. Sitecore Stream Brand Kits have been developed to assist global marketing teams in managing brand portfolios easily by organising key guidelines and ensuring alignment with brand voice and visuals.

The platform's new features include a variant generation capability, allowing marketers to efficiently generate tailored messaging. Furthermore, Sitecore now allows A/B/n testing in XM Cloud to optimise engagement and conversions, and a new dashboard provides insights on user behaviour and performance.

Sitecore's updates also extend to digital asset management, with new functionalities like content and variant creation, enriched visual search capabilities, and grounded image tagging to aid marketers in creating and discovering branded content effectively.
