Softsource vBridge marks 20th year with Nelson expansion

Today

Softsource vBridge, a New Zealand-owned ICT systems integrator, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with the announcement of a major expansion.

Founded in 2004, Softsource vBridge has developed from a modest four-person operation into a key player in the industry. Reflecting on the two-decade journey, Chief Executive Officer Pablo Garcia-Curtis said, "I couldn't be prouder of what we've built. Our journey has been incredible, and I'm excited for what's next. Our growth is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and the trust and unwavering support of our partners, vendors and customers."

This milestone is being celebrated with the opening of new offices in Nelson, which forms part of an ongoing strategic growth plan. The Nelson branch will comprise over a dozen new hires to provide specialised local support and a comprehensive range of IT solutions, cloud services, and managed IT offerings.

"We're thrilled to expand in Nelson," commented Garcia-Curtis. "This move allows us to better serve our clients with the high-quality services they expect from Softsource vBridge."

Throughout its history, Softsource vBridge has adapted to meet evolving market needs, delivering offerings in infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and hybrid cloud. Four state-of-the-art data centres support its cybersecurity services, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions.

Garcia-Curtis emphasised the company's commitment to accessibility for New Zealand businesses, stating, "We deploy groundbreaking technologies that are accessible for customers to grow and adopt, allowing them to build their own IP and stand out in the market."

The firm's latest innovation is a data centre solution called GPU as a Service, which integrates with artificial intelligence capabilities and aims to sustain future growth. "Our goal has always been to make technology accessible for all New Zealand businesses," Garcia-Curtis said. "We've shifted from a cloud-first approach to focusing on cloud economics, ensuring our clients get the best return on their investment."

Softsource vBridge also focuses on eco-friendly initiatives, aiming to bridge the gap between technology and environmental sustainability as it looks to the future. "We're helping New Zealand grow by delivering great technologies at the right price and time," Garcia-Curtis concluded.

"Our focus has always been on providing the best technology, fit to budget, with excellent support. As we look to the future, we remain committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive success for our customers."

Softsource vBridge's 20th anniversary marks a significant milestone in its journey, showcasing its growth and commitment to delivering innovative ICT solutions to New Zealand businesses. With its expansion into Nelson, the introduction of new technologies, and a focus on sustainability, the company is poised for continued success in the evolving market, ensuring that clients receive cutting-edge, cost-effective solutions backed by reliable support.
