Tech Mahindra unveils Orion Marketplace for enterprise agentic AI
Tech Mahindra has launched TechM Orion Marketplace, a platform offering access to agentic AI solutions for enterprises.
The TechM Orion Marketplace aims to unify access to Tech Mahindra and its partners' pre-built AI agents, creating a centralised environment for organisations to adopt and scale intelligent automation. The platform is designed to enable AI agents to function autonomously across complex enterprise workflows, while consolidating AI governance and delivering tailored AI-powered solutions for various industries.
The marketplace utilises agentic AI frameworks, large language models, and machine learning algorithms to address a broad array of enterprise needs. According to Tech Mahindra, the solution seeks to deliver measurable business outcomes by accelerating time-to-value, reducing operational costs, and continuously learning from process data to predict future scenarios.
Platform features
TechM Orion Marketplace is built to support operational excellence by providing enterprises with AI-powered voice agents and facilitating real-time query resolution. These AI agents are designed to make autonomous decisions, collaborate, and adapt dynamically without ongoing human intervention, aiming to reduce errors and improve productivity across the workplace.

These remarks were made by Birendra Sen, President – Business Process Services, at Tech Mahindra. He emphasised that the company's approach is to facilitate both incremental and large-scale adoption of AI across businesses.
Tech Mahindra initially introduced the TechM Orion platform in July 2025. The addition of the marketplace marks a progression in its suite of agentic AI capabilities, reflecting the company's focus on providing AI-driven solutions that align with industry requirements for automation, governance, and adaptability.
Industry perspective
The marketplace is also seen by external analysts as a versatile and cost-effective way for clients to incorporate agentic AI into their operations. TJ (Tervinderjit) Singh, Distinguished Analyst – CX at Third Eye Advisor, highlighted the adaptability and scalability of the platform:

The development and release of TechM Orion Marketplace are part of Tech Mahindra's wider strategy to advance its platform-led, "AI-first" services.
