Wi-Fi Hotspot operator Tomizone has joined forces with web chat firm Skype to offer internet access to Skype users at Tomizone hotspots.

To kick off the new partnership a one-week “Winter Warmer Hotspots” promotion starts today that lets you download the latest Skype software and use the chat service for free in a Tomizone hotspot.
