TranscribeMe and Vadacom unite in Unified Comms
TranscribeMe and Vadacom have joined forces, enhancing both company's product offerings in the process.
Effective immediately, the partnership enables Vadacom providers to use TranscribeMe services, enabling enterprises to communicate freely, and then to share, analyse and search audio content.
TranscribeMe says more companies are producing valuable audio content over the phone, with enterprises increasingly moving to IP Telephony and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to manage telecommunication costs and promote efficient communications.
The company's platform of software and crowd sourced transcriptionists allows for an unprecedented level of analytic accuracy, turnaround time, and price point.
TranscribeMe CEO, Alexei Dunayev believes that this new platform service offers new opportunities for individuals and companies to monetise their audio.
