TSS aims to revolutionise the Kiwi security sector

Fri, 17th May 2024

Trade Security Supplies (TSS), a newly launched Kiwi company, aims to disrupt the security sector as the recently appointed distributor for Paradox. Owing its bold revenue strategy to recognise and address visible challenges within the trade sector, the locally-owned company looks to focus on relationships, expert employees and its primary brands.

Managing Director Andrew Moss clarifies the motivation behind TSS, stating, "We've heard loud and clear what customers are saying about suppliers acting like order takers and box movers with no personal touch, so we have set out with the intention to redefine the experience by putting our customers, and their needs, at the centre of everything we do." Anchored in dedicated customer service, TSS plans on maintaining an undiluted focus on core brands, allowing its team to commit their attention fully to comprehending customer's needs and ensuring the best solutions are provided.

Two respected veterans in the industry, Steve Mace and Basil Sykes have come on board as part of the TSS dream team to drive the new business towards its goals. "Becoming New Zealand's preferred trade supplier is our goal, and we're implementing plenty of initiatives to encourage customers to come on that journey with us," says Moss.

TSS has a strong customer commitment and offers extraordinary service that is claimed to be matchless in the industry. They are also offering 'Learn and Earn' training camps, which have been set up to enrich knowledge while maintaining productivity. TSS promises enticing incentives for customers enrolling with the company.

TSS also announced the official opening of their new establishment at 922 Great South Road, Penrose. The premises are fully equipped and ready for business. Moss points out, "We've got a great incentive for customers joining TSS." Paradox's complete line of products is ready for trade, showcasing the new business's readiness to rock the security sector in New Zealand.

The brainchild of several industry stalwarts, TSS is a sister company to Channel Ten, another New Zealand-based company. Its goal is to become a frontrunner in the country's security sector by putting customers' needs at the frontline of their business strategy. And judging by the level of preparation and determination shown by TSS in its initial stages, the company is well on its way to achieving its mission.
