Twilio appoints Webster to strengthen ANZ growth strategy

Twilio has announced the appointment of Vaughan Webster as Senior Manager, Partners & Alliances, ANZ as of February 2025.

Webster, a seasoned leader in the technology industry, brings over twenty years of expertise in go-to-market sales strategies and business development. His role at Twilio will focus on enhancing the company's growth within the partner and alliance ecosystem, as well as advancing Twilio's offerings of customer solutions to assist brands in creating more intelligent and engaging customer experiences enhanced by artificial intelligence.

Natasha Byrne, Regional Vice President, Partner Alliances at Twilio, stated, "We want to make every digital interaction between businesses and consumers amazing. Vaughan joins Twilio as we embark on an exciting phase in ANZ, to expand our reseller and system integrator (SI) partnerships. Vaughan's expertise in the IT channel and his excellent track record of growth will boost Twilio's ability to deliver more innovation to ANZ businesses with our AI-driven communications solutions."

Prior to joining Twilio, Webster held various senior leadership positions in sales and channel management at companies such as Genesys, ShoreTel, UXC Connect, PwC, and Alcatel. This extensive experience is seen as invaluable to Twilio as it aims to increase its influence and capabilities within the ANZ region.
