Vodafone claims its new talkZoneZero plan will enable customers to call anyone in New Zealand for no more than $136 a month.
The plan, announced in a statement today, is designed to appeal to the SME market. It is intended for more than five users on a single calling account and includes free calls between business mobiles or calling groups and free access to voicemail in New Zealand.
Business marketing general manager Becky Lloyd says the new plan will help SMEs avoid bill shock. "Our new talkZoneZero Plus pricing plans offer a transparent pricing structure, total control – and unbeatable value. SMEs know what they're paying for their business mobiles every month, and don't need to worry about how they – and the wider team – use their phones. There's no bill shock as the monthly price is fixed.
Businesses taking the New Zealand Zone at $100 a month (on top of their base plan), also get Local Number on a Mobile – which lets their customers reach them on a local number, without the unexpected expense of a mobile call, she says.
