Will Graham appointed General Manager at One New Zealand
One New Zealand has announced the appointment of Will Graham as its new General Manager of Enterprise Sales. In his new role, Graham will be responsible for spearheading sales and managing customer relationships with private sector organisations. One New Zealand, known for supporting some of the country's largest and most iconic businesses, offers vital mobility and connectivity solutions that help maintain business operations across New Zealand.
Mike Purchase, Chief Enterprise Director at One New Zealand, emphasised the importance of in-depth customer understanding in fostering strong partnerships. "A first-rate partnership requires a deep understanding of how our customers operate to better serve their constantly evolving needs," Purchase explained. He expressed confidence in Graham's ability to bring an owner's mindset to the table, highlighting his extensive expertise in the telecommunications sector. "His end-to-end experience across the sales process and passion for building long-term relationships will be invaluable to both One New Zealand and our customers," Purchase stated.
Graham joins One New Zealand from his previous role as Director of Sales at Devoli. His career boasts a plethora of executive leadership roles across sales and service sectors, both private and public, including positions at Gen-i, Vodafone, Qrious, Network for Learning, and PWC. Graham holds the belief that One New Zealand offers the best network experience, particularly noting the competitive edge provided by SpaceX connectivity. "Connectivity is now an essential part of doing business, and I'm excited to join the One New Zealand team to support some of New Zealand's largest businesses to thrive," said Graham.
Graham also expressed enthusiasm for the leadership aspects of his role. "I'm also excited about the leadership element – to support, coach, and mentor, and to create a culture of customer-focused sales excellence," he added.

Graham will be based in Auckland and will become a part of the One New Zealand Enterprise leadership team.
