AppFoundry & DevFoundry accelerate customer experience for Genesys

04 Aug 2016

The Genesys Developer programme now supports over 250 active users, while the AppFoundry marketplace offers over 100 customer experience apps.

Genesys says that together, AppFoundry and DevFoundry have enabled its customers to connect to a wider ecosystem of customer experience providers, while also creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business performance.

The omni-channel customer experience company says that its partner Vidyo, is proof in the pudding. Vidyo has connected with over 50 Genesys customers around the globe since joining the AppFoundry.

Sam Waicberg, vice president of Business Development and Marketing at Vidyo, says that Genesys is actively directing its customers to the solutions that provide maximum value.

“Since joining the AppFoundry, Vidyo has enjoyed phenomenal support from the Genesys sales, professional services, and marketing teams to ensure that customers are aware of our solution, and that together we can deliver great video-based customer experiences,” says Waicberg.

Genesys claims that in order to increase opportunity for its partners, the company is continuing to ramp up investment in developer enablement and openness of the DevFoundry platform.

AppFoundry partners with integrations to Genesys Cloud include:

  • EffectiveCAT
  • MindTouch
  • ProcedureFlow
  • CallScripter

MindTouch CEO, Aaron Fulkerson, says the programme has helped MindTouch to get quality results.

“Through the AppFoundry program, MindTouch not only is getting a wider audience for our platform, but the AppFoundry team worked with us to find the right Genesys partner to complete our initial integration to ensure rapid time to market without sacrificing quality,” says Fulkerson.

Jim Kraeutler, vice president of the Innovation Group at Genesys, says that customers have greeted AppFoundry and DevFoundry as a welcome resource for solutions and support needed to accelerate innovation.

“It’s very exciting to see how Genesys is increasing our customers’ ability to deliver great results using partner-created solutions.”
