Demand for ICT staff to grow

FYI, this story is more than a year old

Hudson has made a number of new ICT appointments in its Auckland and Wellington locations in preparation for growth in the ICT sector.

The company says that the new appointments give it one of the strongest specialist ICT recruitment line-ups in New Zealand.

John Coventry has been appointed Director of Hudson’s national ICT practice, based in Wellington.

“A wave of demand for top quality ICT people is fast approaching as New Zealand businesses ramp up their IT investment post-recession and the government defines the way forward for large-scale projects, such as the government ultra-fast broadband plan,” he said.

“I look forward to working with the team to help high performing organisations succeed by attracting and retaining the best ICT people, and working with candidates to find opportunities to further their careers within our clients’ businesses.”

Annabelle Klap has been appointed Director of the Auckland ICT practice and will be supported by four new ICT recruitment consultants.
