The company has unveiled new integrity solutions that it says represent the first major architectural upgrade for Integrity Superdome in a decade.

The solutions are said to provide up to 100% application availability and simplify mission-critical computing for the most demanding application workloads.

Built on a new HP Blade Scale Architecture the integrity solutions deliver the industry’s “first mission-critical Converged Infrastructure,” HP said, adding that this represents the first major architectural upgrade for Integrity Superdome in a decade.

HP explained that the architecture allows clients to deploy, automate and manage a complete range of applications side by side, within the same enclosure, and using the same components, tools and processes. With a single management environment, clients can maintain consistent control of the entire IT infrastructure.

The company confirmed that HP Integrity server blades will be available in New Zealand from May, via HP and channel partners including value added distributors eXeed and Ingram Micro.

The HP Integrity rx2800 i2 rack mount server, HP Matrix with HP-UX and HP Integrity Superdome 2 will be available in New Zealand during the second half of 2010.
