FYI, this story is more than a year old

Following its recent acquisition of MDM platform firm Siperian, Informatica has announced “significant” support among its strategic alliance partners.

According to the company the acquisition enables Informatica and its partners to offer a “proven top-ranked” solution for automating master data management (MDM) and to deliver better value based on “the synergy between the platform and Siperian MDM technology”.

“The union of Informatica and Siperian will strengthen the strategic partnerships that both companies share as we work with our partners in helping customers achieve optimal results from their MDM projects,” said Arvind Parthasarathi, General Manager, MDM, Informatica.

“The synergy between the technologies, and the pre-existing tight integration between our offerings, will enable our technology and solution provider partners to rapidly provide new and broader types of differentiated business solutions in the marketplace.”

HP, Capgemini, Deloitte Consulting, Evaxyx, GalaxE.Solutions, HighPoint Solutions, Myers-Holum and Wipro Technologies have all backed the move.
