Jade Software & Ambit take chatbots to next level of AI

AI-powered chatbots are already shaping the way businesses communicate with their customers and employees. Gartner has even predicted that 25% of all customer service interactions will be managed by chatbots by 2020.

Jade Software and AI chatbot startup Ambit understand exactly what that potential that can bring, which is why the two companies have partnered to make the most of it.

The two companies will deliver intelligent digital employee platform that promote natural and realistic chat experiences across any channel, including popular messaging apps and virtual assistants.

They say their chatbots are ‘built by Jade, powered by Ambit’ and aim to make creation of conversational agents cost-effective, quick and easy. 

They also say their complementary skills – Jade Software’s focus on the customer experience and Ambit’s fully managed, turn-key solution - deliver a seamless AI-driven platform.

Jade Software has been a core part of New Zealand’s software industry since 1978. To this day it develops enterprise and digital solutions for companies in many different sectors.

Jade Software’s head of digital Eduard Liebenberger says the goal is to free people from mundane, repetitive tasks and ultimately make their lives easier.

“Starting with user experience, the Jade and Ambit expert technologists design brilliant conversational platforms using free text and voice, prototype and test them with real customers, then deploy and support them,” Liebenberger explains.

Ambit is also making a name for itself in New Zealand since its launch in 2017.  Earlier this year the company created a chatbot called Bosley for Q Mastercard. Bosley takes the form of a dog and is able to answer customers’ queries, run a credit check, and determine if the customer is eligible for a credit card.

But as for Ambit’s partnership with Jade Software, this could be a new way of boosting customer service.
