Kissflow rated 'Strong Performer' in Forrester low-code platform report

Kissflow, a platform specifically designed for business process management and workflow automation, has recently been honoured as a "Strong Performer" in The Forrester Wave: Low-Code Platforms For Citizen Developers, Q1 2024. This evaluation, which draws on an extensive 31-criteria assessment process, recognises Kissflow as excelling notably within the category of developer experience.

As a low-code platform, Kissflow is designed explicitly for citizen developers, namely process owners and developers. Within the framework of the Forrester evaluation, Kissflow earned an exceptional 5 out of 5 score in the Roadmap criteria and an impressive 4.5 out of 5 score in the Developer Experience criteria. With regard to the platform's offerings, the Forrester report describes Kissflow as "elegant, intuitive, and process-focused", offering superior process automation and workflow developer experiences. It further praises the platform's new UX development tools for successfully balancing flexibility and ease.

The Forrester report recommends Kissflow as an excellent choice for firms that aim to democratise process automation at scale. Based on its roadmap and recent investments, the analyst author noted that the platform is a solid bet for broader future use.

In a separate 2024 report, The Low-Code And Digital Process Automation Market, 2023 To 2028, Forrester estimates that the combined low-code and digital process automation (DPA) market reached USD $13.2 billion by the end of 2023, showing a growth of 21% since 2019. Further, with the democratisation of application and citizen development, it is expected that in the next five years, the low-code market will grow to approximately USD $30 billion in 2028.
