Kore.ai AI solutions now available on AWS Marketplace

Kore.ai has announced that its XO Automation and Contact Center AI products are now available in the AWS Marketplace, a platform enabling customers to find, buy, deploy, and manage third-party software and services. This availability aims to streamline the process for enterprises seeking to integrate advanced AI solutions directly into their operations using AWS services.

Kore.ai XO Automation leverages the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI through a no-code interface. This technology enables enterprises to design, build, train, test, deploy, and manage AI chatbots capable of automating customer interactions across more than 40 voice and digital channels. The service supports over 130 languages, offering a comprehensive solution for enterprises needing omnichannel and multi-lingual AI capabilities.

The platform includes Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities to provide generative answers alongside multi-engine Natural Language Understanding (NLU) powered by LLMs. It also features Responsible AI with built-in guardrails, ensuring enterprises can deploy scalable and secure AI solutions aimed at enhancing customer experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Kore.ai's Contact Center AI aims to improve customer service by automating up to 80% of interactions, reducing wait times and increasing operational efficiency. Integrated with Kore.ai's Experience Optimization (XO) Platform, Contact Center AI provides real-time advice to agents, summarises interactions automatically, and offers coaching and guided interactions through AI-driven playbooks. It derives insights from conversations to personalise services, ultimately aiming to boost overall customer satisfaction.
