Lumify Group launches new division for digital solutions training

Tue, 25th Jun 2024

Lumify Group, Australasia's largest provider of corporate ICT, soft skills, and digital skills training, has announced the launch of a new standalone business division focused on digital solutions. The new division, named Digital Solutions, is set to be led by Luci Setoue, following her recent appointment as General Manager. This move by Lumify Group illustrates its commitment to addressing the increasing demand in the digital and e-learning sectors.

Digital Solutions aims to develop and provide cutting-edge educational solutions tailored to the evolving needs of both individuals and businesses. Lumify Group has a long-standing history of offering highly interactive and immersive educational experiences through instructor-led training delivered by expert trainers. This approach ensures that learners receive immediate feedback and personalised learning paths, allowing them to engage with complex concepts effectively.

The launch of the Digital Solutions division responds to the growing requirement for adaptive and comprehensive training solutions in the fast-evolving digital landscape. Lumify Group's Digital Solutions will deliver bespoke e-learning programmes for clients, addressing their specific needs. The division's offerings will focus on four core areas:

  1. Blended learning programs: This hybrid approach combines online and traditional instruction, integrating instructor-led training with e-learning. It aims to provide learners with personalised guidance and real-time interaction with experienced instructors, while also offering the flexibility of online learning modules.
  2. Custom e-Learning development: Leveraging the latest in educational technology, this offering ensures that content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with clients' learning objectives.
  3. Self-paced courses: These courses are designed to allow individuals to learn at their own convenience, supporting both personal and professional development. They also enable organisations to efficiently upskill their workforce and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  4. Learning management systems: Offered as a SaaS solution, these systems integrate content management, assessment tools, and interactive features to deliver targeted training programmes that aim to enhance outcomes.

The integration of AI and other advanced technologies is becoming increasingly important in reshaping work environments, thus highlighting the critical need for digital skills. According to the World Economic Forum, 50% of employees will need reskilling by 2025 as technology adoption continues to rise.

Organisations are therefore incorporating flexible strategies and microlearning programmes to better equip their employees with the essential skills and knowledge required in the modern workplace. These short, targeted learning bursts help staff integrate education into their daily routines without becoming overwhelmed. LinkedIn's Workplace Learning Report also notes that 94% of employees would remain with their employers longer if there was an investment in their development.

"Our goal is to provide clients with flexible and scalable digital training solutions," stated Luci Setoue, General Manager of Digital Solutions. "We are focused on using cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality educational experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our clients."

Jon Lang, CEO of Lumify Group, added, "Focusing on Digital Solutions represents a complementary market with significant growth opportunities for Lumify's overall business. This expansion aligns with our commitment to our core instructor-led training offering. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to leveraging our expertise to deliver unparalleled digital experiences to our clients."
