Nebula & Ampito form global partnership for IT services boost
IT solutions specialist Ampito has chosen Nebula Global Services as a global strategic services partner. The partnership will accelerate Ampito's international growth by leveraging Nebula's global network, service excellence, and technology expertise.
Ampito, a UK-based business with a growing international presence, operates on a 'Glocal' model (Global/Local). This approach necessitates the procurement, pre-staging, and delivery of network and data centre equipment in-country as efficiently as possible. Nebula's extensive global presence and commitment to sustainability were critical factors in securing this partnership.
Darren Brownfield, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of Ampito Group, commented on the collaboration: "As CSO, my focus is on delivering a service to our customers whereby the complexities of what we deliver are hidden from them, and they only see the results. Having a proactive and reliable partner in-country such as Nebula is paramount, and we are excited to explore the new opportunities this combined service offering can bring to our customers."
The partnership has already made significant strides in the United States. Nebula delivers in-country technical capability, inventory management, pre-staging, and logistics support to Ampito's client, a major international financial institution.
Pete Murphy, Chief Sales Officer of Nebula Global Services, applauded Ampito's approach: "From the outset, Ampito has impressed me with their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. From our very first conversation about this partnership through to the onboarding, the team were focused throughout. At every stage, Ampito made it clear that the client's needs were their top priority, and coupled with Nebula's outcome-focused approach, we have created a best-of-breed customer success experience."
