Nebula & Verkada unite for global security & sustainability
Nebula Global Services has been awarded Global Premier Services Partner status with Verkada in a strategic effort to enhance safety and security by unifying technology and services.
The partnership aims to protect people and property globally, leveraging Nebula's network surveys, installation, and maintenance services. This collaboration will allow Verkada to add more services to its product sales globally, overcoming the limitations of localised installation practices traditionally handled by smaller businesses such as alarm companies and electricians.
Ross Teague, CEO of Nebula, commented on the partnership: "Aligning with Verkada showcases how Nebula supports fast growth vendors with robust, global go-to-market service strategies. Attaching Nebula's outcome-focused services offering to Verkada's best-in-class product range provides Verkada's reseller community with an enhanced value proposition, positioning them as key partners to their end clients."
Verkada, known for its cloud-managed enterprise building security and management products, serves over 26,000 organisations, including schools, hospitals, and corporate campuses in over 85 countries. Its product portfolio includes video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace management, and intercom systems.
Ben Watkins, Director of EMEA Channel at Verkada, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership. "We are delighted to partner with the Nebula team to enhance safety in the communities we protect together. Teamed with their strong outcome-focused services, we are supporting Nebula's mission to be leading service providers for current and future customers."
As a Premier Services Partner, Nebula is now part of the Verkada Premier Services Network, recognised for its exceptional design, installation, and support service capabilities across the Verkada product range. The partnership provides several key benefits to Verkada channel partners using Nebula's services. This includes authorised service delivery underpinned by Verkada's rigorous partner onboarding process, a proven track record of global installations, access to multi-skilled engineers familiar with wider networking and security technologies, and dedicated project management teams along with security-cleared engineers.
Teague further noted the evolving landscape for channel services, stating, "The landscape for channel services is fast evolving with new entrants to the market identifying the value that companies like Nebula bring to the table. Consumers are demanding customer experiences that are outcome-driven, sustainability-focused, and security-conscious."
