NeuBird AI hits SRE alert milestone with agentic platform

Fri, 6th Feb 2026

NeuBird AI has reported new adoption milestones for its AI-driven site reliability engineering (SRE) agent, along with partner and analyst recognition across the cloud and DevOps ecosystem.

Customers used the San Francisco-based company's SRE agent to autonomously resolve 230,000 alerts over the past year, which NeuBird AI said saved 12,000 engineer hours and USD $1.8 million in engineering spend.

NeuBird AI launched its product in December 2024 and has since sold into organisations across healthcare, retail, banking, travel, and technology. It also cited deployments in AI analytics, legal technology, data storage, software development, and transportation.

SRE teams typically focus on maintaining uptime and performance for digital services. In many organisations, IT operations teams work alongside IT operations teams that handle incident response, alert management, and remediation across complex application stacks.

Incident workflow

NeuBird AI positions its product as an "agentic" system for incident resolution. According to the company, the agent autonomously triages and investigates alerts in real time, then produces root-cause analyses and remediation recommendations.

NeuBird AI said customers reduced mean time to resolution by up to 88%. It also highlighted a deployment at an electrical manufacturing company that reduced alert noise by more than 78% and reclaimed 30% of incident management hours. NeuBird AI said the deployment delivered hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual savings.

"2025 exceeded our expectations. It was a huge year for NeuBird AI as we moved from product launch to rapid market adoption and demonstrated the real-world impact of agentic AI in IT operations," said Gou Rao, CEO and co-founder of NeuBird AI.

"As we enter 2026, we're continuing our laser focus on product innovation and ramping go-to-market so more IT and SRE teams can resolve incidents faster and more efficiently and leverage the power of agentic AI to address the growing complexity of modern tech stacks," Rao said.

Product changes

Over the past year, NeuBird AI said it expanded the product with additions focused on security, integrations, and deployment options.

The company said it achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance and added integrations with Datadog, PagerDuty, Slack, and GitHub tools widely used for monitoring, alerting, collaboration, and software development workflows.

NeuBird AI also announced an MCP server for interacting with the SRE agent in natural language via tools such as Claude Code and Cursor. For organisations with tighter security and governance requirements, NeuBird AI said it added an in-VPC deployment option and introduced a free self-service trial.

NeuBird AI said the product requires no prompting for incident investigation and works across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. Customers can also choose which AI model to use, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, and more.

DeepHealth, a healthcare technology company, described its experience deploying the product.

"Our team was able to get up and running with NeuBird AI rapidly," said Madhu Jahagirdar, VP of cloud, technology and product at DeepHealth. "It's like having an always-on AI SRE that delivers real-time incident diagnosis and actionable fixes 24x7, saving our engineers hours of troubleshooting and improving service quality for our customers."

Cloud partners

NeuBird AI also highlighted partnerships and marketplace listings across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft, moves that place it among a growing set of vendors building generative AI products for IT operations workflows.

NeuBird AI said its software is available in the AWS Marketplace and that it joined the AWS ISV Accelerate Program. It also said it was accepted into the AWS Generative AI Accelerator and achieved dual AWS Generative AI Competency in Generative AI Applications, Infrastructure, and Data.

On the Microsoft side, NeuBird AI announced it has become a Microsoft ISV Success Partner and joined the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program. It also cited an Azure Marketplace listing, an Azure integration, and "agent-to-agent collaboration with Microsoft Azure SRE".

Industry recognition

NeuBird AI said it was recognised as a 2025 Gartner Cool Vendor in IT Operations Leveraging Generative AI. It also said Gartner featured it in multiple Hype Cycles, including AI in IT Operations, I&O Automation, and Site Reliability Engineering.

NeuBird AI also cited CRN, naming it one of the 10 Hottest DevOps Startups of 2025, and Business Insider listing it as a Top Startup to Bet Your Career On.

NeuBird AI said the combination of customer adoption, product development, and partner activity has shaped its growth plans for 2026.
