Pivotel has announced the completion of its acquisition of wholesale voice and messaging specialists, VoiceHub, from Swoop. The transaction encompasses three subsidiaries: Voicehub Group, Voicehub, and Harbourtel.
The strategic acquisition highlights Pivotel's aim to bolster its wholesale division. By incorporating VoiceHub's advanced voice, messaging, and number management capabilities, Pivotel plans to enhance its existing service offerings. This move is expected to diversify Pivotel's range of services, including fixed and mobile voice origination and termination, messaging services, and connectivity options featuring virtual numbers.
