Ray White & Canva expand partnership across Australasia

Wed, 10th Jul 2024

Ray White has extended its enterprise access to Canva for every Ray White member across Australia and New Zealand, reinforcing the longstanding collaboration between the two companies. In June alone, more than 3,500 Ray White members accessed Canva to utilise a variety of brand and social media templates, promoting consistency and efficiency in marketing efforts.

Members of Ray White have been using Canva individually to enhance their marketing strategies for some time. With Canva introducing an enterprise solution that aids large organisations in centralising their marketing operations, Ray White was among the early adopters. Now, Canva Enterprise will be integral to Ray White's technology suite, One System.

Todd Alexander, Head of Marketing at Ray White, said, "Canva gives our members so much more efficiency in doing great social media, property, and agent marketing content. Instead of trying to start things from scratch, you can go into Canva and all the templates are there. The access to the video and image library is so great that the team can create a whole series of templates in three to four minutes."

The integration between Canva and Ray White is expanding, with plans to synchronise Canva with Ray White’s data lake. This development will allow real-time recognition and auction data to be directly incorporated into templates through Canva’s new Connect API. Market snapshots are set to be the next feature introduced as part of these integrations.

Within Ray White’s One System, members can use Canva with their raywhite.com email addresses via Google SSO. This enterprise solution offers access to Canva's premium content, which includes stock photos, illustrations, and icons.

Mr Alexander added, "This is revolutionising agent and office marketing for our network. We’ve always sought out and partnered with the best suppliers in the industry, and this is just taking that to the next level. Canva is one of the most user-friendly design applications on the market, and we’ve found their customer service throughout this experience to be outstanding."

Tom Hyde, Canva Head of Sales and Success (APAC), stated, "Our partnership with Ray White has been solid for four years. We’re proud to help them navigate brand consistency across such a large network, and working with them closely has given us an inside look into all the ways enterprises can leverage Canva to accelerate their marketing."

Ray White's Chief System Officer, Jason Alford, expressed confidence in the combination of Canva’s user interface and automated property data integration, asserting that it will distinguish Ray White agents from their competitors.

The feedback from Ray White members has been positive. Emma Moy from Ray White Rural Tumbarumba remarked, "Oh my god, my life is so much better. Canva is making things so much easier, and the tiles and templates are easy to find and upload, and I now enjoy doing social media."

As the integration with Canva continues across the network, the Ray White marketing and digital teams are conducting sessions to educate members on maximising the platform's features. Additionally, they provide weekly updates on new templates to ensure members can fully leverage the tools available.
