Fri, 27th Dec 2019
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Re-Leased, the property management software platform, has appointed Gabrielle Cutfield as its global head of people and operations.

An experienced HR professional, Gabrielle joined the prop-tech company in December from her role as global people and culture director at Les Mills International. Established in 2012, Re-Leased now has more than 65 employees across six offices in Auckland, Napier, Melbourne, London, Birmingham and New York.

Its cloud-based software is used by thousands of commercial property managers and landlords worldwide.

Re-Leased founder and CEO Tom Wallace says, “Gabrielle's appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company as it continues with its global expansion, including a new push into the US and Canada.

“Gabi's experience working in high performance companies and building team culture and talent across regions is going to be hugely valuable as we strive to ensure Re-Leased is a great place to work and develop,” says Wallace.

In her role, Gabrielle will lead full-end-to end HR operations, including systems and processes around employee experience such as recruitment, on-boarding and engagement.

Prior to her time at Les Mills, Gabrielle worked in a leadership role at Fletcher Building where she looked after operational excellence and recruitment.

She is also a qualified lawyer with experience working in commercial law firms in Auckland and Sydney.

Commenting on her appointment, Gabrielle says, “Re-Leased is full of incredibly hungry and unafraid people and it'll be my goal to enable this by automating processes and supporting the leadership team to adopt a coaching culture.

“I've always enjoyed seeing Kiwi tech companies make their mark overseas by thinking differently, showing initiative and moving fast. Re-Leased is a prime example of this and Im excited to play my part as it continues with its incredible growth story,” she says.

Gabrielle will travel to London and the US early next year to meet with Re-Leased employees.
