Sky appoints Jennifer Sepull as Chief Technology Officer
Sky NZ, announced the appointment of Jennifer Sepull as its new Chief Technology Officer. Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience in technology leadership roles, where she has successfully developed strategic relationships and collaborated across all value chains to deliver strong technology solutions.
Prior to joining Sky, Jennifer was the Chief Digital Officer at Air New Zealand and a member of the Technical Advisory Group to the London Stock Exchange. She has also held senior leadership positions at USAA Financial Services, Kimberly-Clark, and Honda Motor Corporation.
Sky's Chief Executive, Sophie Moloney, expressed her excitement about Jennifer's appointment, stating, "Technology and great customer service underpin everything we do at Sky. As we start to roll out our new Sky Box and Sky Pod to customers, we now look to the next phase of our tech transformation including in the ad-tech space, and I'm delighted to welcome Jennifer to lead this work for us."
Jennifer shared her enthusiasm about the new role, saying, "I am passionate about having a 'customer-focused' technology innovation mindset, and I am excited to join the Sky executive team as they continue to transform the business and strive to deliver excellent experiences for customers."
Jennifer's appointment comes at an exciting time for Sky as the company continues to transform its technology program. With the rollout of its new Sky Box and Sky Pod, the company looks forward to the next phase of its journey, and Jennifer's expertise in driving innovation and leading large, complex teams will be a valuable asset in achieving these goals.
Jennifer will join the Sky team on March 27th, 2023, and her appointment is expected to bring significant progress and success to the company's tech transformation program.
