SolarWinds celebrates multiple awards for products & execs

SolarWinds, a provider of IT management software, has announced several recognitions for its products, solutions, and executives in the first half of 2024.

These accolades reflect the company's efforts to support customers in managing increasingly complex hybrid and multi-cloud IT environments and modernising their infrastructures. The honours also spotlight SolarWinds’ developments in full-stack observability, service management, and database monitoring, particularly its newly introduced AI features for these areas.

The company's Next-Generation Build System initiative was awarded a Silver Winner title in the Product Development/Management Innovation of the Year category by the Globee Cybersecurity Awards. It also featured in the Cloud Security Awards' shortlist for Cloud Security Innovator of the Year. SolarWinds Observability was shortlisted for Best SaaS Product for IT Management by the Cloud SaaS Awards and was named a winner in the software category by the 2024 BIG Innovation Awards.

Additionally, SolarWinds Service Desk attained Gold in the category Best Advance in AI for Business Impact at the Brandon Hall Technology Excellence Awards. The SIIA CODiE Awards recognised SolarWinds Observability as the Best DevOps Tool, and it was also shortlisted for the Big Data, Cloud & Analytics category by the IoT Global Awards. The Globee Awards for Technology honoured SolarWinds as a Gold Winner for Company of the Year in the IT Cloud/SaaS category, while the Globee Awards for American Business named SolarWinds Service Desk a Bronze Winner in the Business Product or Service of the Year category.

SolarWinds Observability was titled Data Observability Solution of the Year by the Data Breakthrough Awards. The 2024 APPEALIE SaaS + Software Awards crowned SolarWinds with the SaaS Customer Success Award, and SolarWinds Dameware Remote Everywhere won the Remote Working Product of the Year category at the 2024 Network Computing Awards.

Among the executive awards, Anna Wilkins, Vice President of Global Sales Execution & Enablement, and Zhanna Boguslavska, Global Channel and Alliances Marketing Lead, were named on the CRN 2024 Women of the Channel list. Wilkins was also recognised as a CRN 2024 Channel Chief for her effective channel partner programs and strategies.

Corporate and industry recognitions included a Gold award for SolarWinds Observability at the Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards (MENA Stevie Awards) for innovation in technology development and another Gold for the same solution at the German Stevie Awards 2024. The company was honoured in the CRNs 2024 Data Center 50 list and named Best Observability Vendor of the Year by tahawultech.com Reseller Middle East Partner Excellence Awards 2023. The Fortress Cybersecurity Award recognised SolarWinds' Secure by Design initiative for Organisational Excellence.

The 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards gave SolarWinds a Gold in the categories of Most Innovative Contact Center of the Year and Most Innovative Customer Service Department/Team of the Year. The 2024 American Business Awards awarded the company Silver in the Support Department of the Year category and Bronze in the Support Team of the Year category. SolarWinds was also listed as a top 100 finalist in this year's OnCon Top Marketing list, recognising some of the leading marketing teams globally.
