Speakers announced at NZCS 50th Anniversary Conference

The NZCS Anniversary Conference will beheld in September of next year and has tentative plans to have Chris Liddell,Microsoft’s CFO, as a guest speaker.

The event will be the first in a series ofannual New Zealand Computing Conferences.

The conference will be held in Rotorua fromSeptember 16th to 18th with the theme of ’50 years of ICT innovation.’

Speakers include Google’s CraigNevill-Manning, Xero founder Rod Drury and Nat Torkington, who chaired theO’Reilly Open source Convention. Paul Matthews, Chief Executive of the NZCS,said that Liddell was also planning to attend as a speaker, though it won’t beconfirmed for a few weeks.
