Spot by NetApp earns FinOps certification, launches new tools
Spot by NetApp has received the FinOps Certified Platform certification from the FinOps Foundation, validating its platform's capacity to provide comprehensive cloud financial management capabilities. Alongside this certification, Spot by NetApp has also announced the general availability of its new Cost Intelligence and Billing Engine solutions.

The Cost Intelligence module provides comprehensive insights into cloud costs, resources, and usage across multi-cloud environments through interactive dashboards and detailed reports. This tool highlights best practices to help users optimise spending, effectively utilise resources, reduce waste, and correct misconfigurations.
The Billing Engine module features in-depth billing reporting and intelligent cost allocation capabilities, such as chargeback and showback. This helps businesses track and manage cloud expenditures across various departments, promoting accountability.
