Dreame Technology enters New Zealand market with X40 Ultra
Dreame Technology has announced its expansion into New Zealand, with plans to make its range of indoor and outdoor appliances available to Kiwi consumers starting in September 2024. The company's products, including the newly launched X40 Ultra robotic vacuum, will initially be sold at 17 JB Hi-Fi locations, with additional stores expected by the end of the year.
In a statement, Dreame Technology revealed that the move followed an exclusive hands-on experience in Sydney for retailers, where they showcased their latest home appliances. Known for their cutting-edge robotic technology and autonomous cleaning solutions, Dreame Technology aims to capitalise on growing demand in the New Zealand market.
The expansion into New Zealand is part of a broader strategy that also sees Dreame Technology bolstering its presence in Australia. The company's products are now available in 535 Australian stores, including Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Bing Lee, David Jones, Bi-Rite, and Betta Electrical. This increased availability is aimed at making it more convenient for consumers to access Dreame's range of innovative home appliances.
Dreame Technology recently introduced the X40 Ultra in both Australia and New Zealand. This robotic vacuum offers a comprehensive cleaning solution, combining vacuum and mop functionalities. The X40 Ultra is equipped with intelligent technology that allows it to navigate homes accurately and efficiently. Its features include a side brush extend, MopExtend RoboSwing technology, and an Anti-Tangle brush, which collectively aim to reduce post-cleaning maintenance and ensure effective cleaning, particularly in corners and edges.
Mike Eagle, Regional Manager (Australia and New Zealand) at Dreame Technology, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion. "Our industry-leading features, award-winning innovation and minimal post-cleaning maintenance when it comes to our robotic vacuums have resonated with consumers across Australia and New Zealand. We are excited to bring our top-of-the-range products to the New Zealand market and offer more in-store locations to Australians. We know our customers want innovative solutions that utilise intelligent technology to accurately navigate their homes and make cleaning easier," he said.
By the end of 2024, consumers in Australia and New Zealand can expect to see more of Dreame's product range, including robotic vacuums, robotic mowers, and wet and dry vacuums, in local retail stores. The company aims to empower lives through technology, with a focus on smart home cleaning appliances.
