Former British Telecom strategist joins TNS New Zealand

TNS New Zealand has appointed Bindi Norwell to the role of director. Norwell joins the leading research based business consultancy's two other directors, Mr Jason Shoebridge and Mr David Thomas, in the senior management team.

Prior to the appointment Norwell was based in the UK for 10 years working primarily for British Telecom (BT) in a variety of senior strategy and commercial roles, most recently as BT's head of strategy working on UK and international growth opportunities for the BT Wholesale Board.

Norwell's primary role will be to work with TNS New Zealand's clients to maximise business opportunities through developing pragmatic research based insights about their customers, markets, brands and competitors, and to ensure large-scale, complex client projects operate on time and budget

Ms Norwell has been a board member of a leading of a leading telecoms Media Trade Association, and has an MBA from Monash University in Melbourne and holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from La Trobe University in Melbourne.
