Fujitsu named leader in ServiceNow report for Asia Pacific

Today

Fujitsu has been recognised as a leader in the 2025 ISG Provider Lens ServiceNow Ecosystem Partners report for the Asia Pacific and Japan region.

The company was evaluated in markets including Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, where the report identified Fujitsu as a leader across key areas of ServiceNow expertise. The independent assessment highlighted Fujitsu's strengths in consulting and implementation services, managed services and innovation on the ServiceNow platform.

This recognition follows Fujitsu's recent focus on supporting organisations in Australia and New Zealand in streamlining their operations, driving industry-specific initiatives, improving risk and security frameworks and enhancing both customer and employee experiences through the ServiceNow platform.

Meg Santos, Head of ServiceNow Asia Pacific at Fujitsu, said, "For Australian and New Zealand businesses, it's all about getting that competitive advantage and immediate ROI. That's why we're thrilled to be recognised by ISG as a leader in ServiceNow solutions. It means we've got the strength in capability, solutions and experience to help customers innovate and leverage ServiceNow to achieve their biggest goals... and more importantly, we've got many customers happy to say so."

Fujitsu's approach draws on a combination of global expertise, deep technical knowledge and a local presence, enabling the firm to provide tailored solutions for Australian and New Zealand organisations. The company states this gives its clients the ability to gain tangible benefits from their ServiceNow investments, especially in adapting to new developments in artificial intelligence.

The report also referenced Fujitsu's continued investment in the ServiceNow ecosystem, including the 2022 acquisition of Enable Professional Services and its associated ToolBox OH&S technology assets, which were subsequently acquired by ServiceNow in 2023. Fujitsu's track record in delivering solutions for public sector, retail and financial services clients was also noted as a factor supporting its leadership status.

Fujitsu's recent recognition includes eight 2025 ServiceNow Partner of the Year awards. The categories include Consulting and Implementation Partner of the Year, Employee Workflow Partner of the Year, and Technology Workflow Partner of the Year.

This leadership status reflects Fujitsu's strong alignment with ServiceNow's evolving capabilities, particularly in digital workflows, AI integration, and enterprise automation. With a forward-thinking strategy and commitment to customer success, Fujitsu continues to set the benchmark for excellence within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
