Fri, 11th Oct 2024

LiveRamp has announced the inclusion of new Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities in its network, facilitated through partnerships with Perplexity and Chalice.

These partnerships are expected to enhance the flexibility, interoperability, and effectiveness of AI tools available to marketers using LiveRamp's platform. This development aligns with LiveRamp's ongoing efforts to offer marketers the ability to personalise and measure every consumer experience more effectively.

Collaborating with Perplexity will allow marketers using LiveRamp to activate Perplexity's authenticated inventory seamlessly. According to the announcement, this will enable marketers to achieve better reach, seamless activation, and deeper personalisation across all channels.

Andrew Beck, Head of Go to Market for Perplexity advertising, commented on the partnership: "Perplexity was formed out of the belief that we deserve to find information online in a way that's reliable, efficient, and puts the user first. As we begin introducing advertising into our platform, we are especially aware of how to build better experiences for consumers and brands. LiveRamp is united in these shared values, and by joining their authenticated ecosystem, we can better connect the dots between marketers and consumers, improving the user experience for everyone."

In collaboration with Chalice, LiveRamp aims to utilise Chalice Custom Algorithms, enabling marketers to create AI-driven, high-performing audiences tailored to their business goals. This capability will initially facilitate audience activation on social platforms such as Meta and YouTube.

Chalice CEO Adam Heimlich expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "New AI-powered tools like Chalice are driving better results and insights from marketing investments, leading to greater business impact than ever before. LiveRamp has been a key partner in enabling us to bring these innovations to the ecosystem, all while upholding its high standards for data and privacy."

LiveRamp indicates that these AI partnerships will expand connectivity within its network, enhancing marketers' ability to personalise touchpoints for customers. The partnerships will provide AI-powered touchpoints within LiveRamp's ecosystem, potentially transforming how marketers engage with consumers.

Travis Clinger, Chief Connectivity & Ecosystem Officer at LiveRamp, highlighted the strategic importance of the new AI capabilities: "Marketers know they need to invest and leverage AI, but there are a lot of questions on how to do that. Today, we're making it easy for marketers to extend their proven data-driven tactics to new AI use cases — and we're quickly scaling partnerships with the leaders here."

As the company integrates these new AI features, it maintains its commitment to privacy, security, and compliance standards. This reflects LiveRamp's dedication to creating an ecosystem that respects data privacy while enabling powerful marketing tactics.

The announcement comes as LiveRamp continues to develop its global ecosystem, offering clients various AI-powered solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. The company is positioning these partnerships as part of its broader strategy to stay at the forefront of innovation in data collaboration and AI integration.
