Michael Campbell appointed Chief Product Officer at Hyland

Hyland has named Michael Campbell as its new Chief Product Officer, with responsibility for overseeing the company's entire product portfolio and advancing its strategic content management initiatives.

Campbell brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise software, including leadership roles focused on cloud and artificial intelligence technologies at a large scale.

The company indicated that Campbell will focus on the development and delivery of cloud, data and AI services, in line with Hyland's strategy for content management and related technology advancements.

"Mike has an excellent track record of driving innovation and execution, ensuring exceptional value creation for our customers and partners. His experience launching and scaling enterprise AI-powered, cloud platforms make him the ideal CPO to accelerate the next-generation of cloud, data and AI services for Hyland," Jitesh S. Ghai, Chief Executive Officer of Hyland, commented on the appointment.

Prior to joining Hyland, Campbell served as Chief Product Officer at Bentley Systems, where he was tasked with leading the company's product strategy as well as its transition to cloud-based solutions.

According to Hyland, Campbell's customer-centric strategy while at Bentley Systems led to the launch of the company's first AI-driven products, which the company reports contributed to double-digit revenue growth during his tenure.

Campbell's experience also includes holding the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager at PTC, where he led several divisions, including product management and engineering for the company's suite of software-as-a-service offerings.

At Hyland, Campbell will report to the CEO and will be charged with ensuring that new and existing products continue to serve customers in industries that depend on reliable and scalable content management solutions.

The company noted that it is trusted by thousands of organisations globally, including organisations in the Fortune 100, for its unified content, process, and application intelligence services.
