Netcracker launches digital portfolio aimed at CX, automation and more

Netcracker Technology has today announced the launch of a new suite of products, enhanced for the 5G era and focusing on their customers' digital lifestyle.

The new digital portfolio, called Netcracker 2020, includes the Digital BSS/OSS and Customer Engagement products, which is built for the cloud and allows service providers to develop their own enhancements and functions through a low code platform.

Netcracker 2020 also leverages an expanded security framework and features continuous short releases using Agile/DevOps processes to grant faster access to service providers with minimal disruptions to business operations.

Users can streamline their remote consumer and business interactions as well as customer engagement through AI-driven contextual interactions within Netcracker 2020. With this, they can combine their own services with those from partners.

To cater to a business environment where more priority is assigned to customer experience and requirements, personalised offerings can be dynamically created and delivered with enhanced user experience and cross-partner loyalty schemes.

Netcracker's new suite helps build digital ecosystems that quickly adapt to changing business and market needs. With automated onboarding, simplified lifecycle management, and partner-centric B2B2X opportunities, service providers can become both leaders and enablers of new platform-based monetisation opportunities in diverse markets, Netcracker says.

It also uses a new operational model to remove manual tasks and drive hyper-automation across network domains, business processes and channels that are quickly moving towards open 5G networks with cloud-native functions and highly demanding edge cloud applications.
